A lifelong Arkansan with a heart for service and a passion for conservative values, Mark is ready to bring practical leadership and principled representation to the State Capitol.
Raised working in rice and bean fields from the age of 13, Mark learned early the value of commitment and perseverance. He earned a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Arkansas and built a successful career as a licensed professional engineer—serving the Arkansas Department of Transportation, the City of Jonesboro, and now as owner of a small transportation engineering firm.
Faith is the foundation of Mark’s life and decisions. He believes that God’s principles lead to human flourishing—and that limited, accountable government best preserves liberty for all Arkansans. Mark’s priorities reflect both his convictions and deep connection to the people of Northeast Arkansas.
